Rainbow is designed to be both deeply transformational and joyfully alive.
Over four days, you’ll move through energy healing, sound and Light Language, meditation, movement, nature, creative expression, inner-child play, ceremony, reflection and spacious integration.
There will be depth.
There will be beauty.
There will be laughter, creativity, connection and room to simply receive.
You do not have to choose between transformation and joy.
Along the way, you’ll begin recognizing what pulls you away from your center and what helps you return.
You’ll leave with your own Return Home Map. A personal compass for moving out of survival and conditioning and back into connection, sovereignty, pleasure, freedom and choice.
The retreat ends. The Return becomes a practice.
Nourishment & Care
All meals and accommodations are included as part of the retreat experience.
Participants will be nourished with intentionally prepared, love-filled meals, designed by Katherine Galligan, to support presence, vitality, and integration throughout the retreat.
Care is woven into every layer of the experience, allowing you to rest, receive, and fully arrive.

We have found that offering private sessions with gifted healing practitioners can further elevate your retreat experience

Accommodations
Rainbow Retreat takes place at Casa de Milagros, a 15-acre spiritual retreat center nestled along the Brazos River in north central Texas.
The property features 11 uniquely designed private casitas and a large shared home, offering both personal space and connection within a sacred group setting.
Each participant will have their own bed, even in shared accommodations.
